1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

  • A valid proof of purchase (invoice or order number) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made or personalized furniture

  • Items purchased on clearance or final sale

  • Damaged products caused by misuse or improper assembly

3. Return Process

Once approved, we will provide you with return instructions. Please do not send items back without prior authorization.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was defective or sent in error.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours with clear photos and a description. We’ll arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund as needed.
