Annex Furniture Delivery Policy

Online Delivery:
Annex Furniture is committed to delivering online orders within 5-10 working days for products available in stock. Friday and public holidays are excluded from this timeframe.
If the ordered product is not in stock, delivery may take 10–25 working days.

Free Delivery:
Free home delivery is available for purchases over ৳1,00,000.

Showroom Purchase Delivery (Annex Emporium):
For purchases made directly from Annex Emporium, free home delivery is provided for a minimum purchase of ৳30,000.
For orders below ৳30,000, delivery charges will vary depending on the distance between the showroom and the customer’s address.

Note:
Deliveries are made from our factory using a 5-ton truck. Therefore, our delivery vehicle will only operate in areas accessible by a 5-ton truck.
