5. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
  • We accept the following payment methods:

    • Nagad
    • Rocket
    • Cash on Delivery (COD)
    • Bank Transfer
  • Orders using COD may require confirmation via phone before processing.

6. Order Confirmation and Cancellation

  • Annex Furniture reserves the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock issues, or suspicious activity.
  • Customers may cancel orders within 12 hours of placing them (except custom orders).

7. Delivery Policy (Bangladesh)

  • We deliver across Bangladesh.
  • Delivery time:
    • Inside Dhaka: 2–5 business days
    • Outside Dhaka: 3–10 business days
  • Large furniture items may require additional delivery charges.
  • Customers must inspect products at the time of delivery.

8. Installation & Assembly

  • Some furniture may require self-assembly.
  • Assembly service may be available within Dhaka (charges may apply).
  • Annex Furniture is not responsible for damages caused by improper self-assembly.

9. Returns and Refunds

In compliance with the Consumer Rights Protection Act:

  • Returns are accepted within 3–7 days if:
    • The product is damaged
    • The wrong product was delivered
  • Conditions:
    • Item must be unused and in original condition
    • Proof (image/video) may be required
  • Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

10. Warranty

  • Selected products may include a limited warranty (e.g., 6 months for structural issues).
  • Warranty does not cover:
    • Normal wear and tear
    • Damage due to misuse, water, or fire

11. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Provide false information
  • Misuse payment systems
  • Attempt to hack or damage the website

Violation may result in legal action under Bangladesh law.

12. Intellectual Property

All website content (images, text, branding) belongs to Annex Furniture and is protected under applicable copyright laws of Bangladesh.

13. Limitation of Liability
